We are excited to see our Prestige NY team grow, and enjoy making newcomers feel comfortable and welcome. This month, we are happy to announce the promotion to account manager, Bud, in our organization.
Bud comes to us as a result of our fine-tuned recruiting process, which we use to identify people who will thrive in our industry and office culture. We seek out those who have a clear vision for their own futures plus values and principles that line up with our own. Then, once we’ve worked our way through the interview process, we invite sharp, talented people like Bud to join our firm.
From day one, we show our support for new associates by investing in their success. For instance, all new hires are assigned a coach to help them acclimate to our office environment and guide them along their career paths. Coaches also provide insight and answer questions that might arise as part of our comprehensive training process, which immerses novice team members in our operations.
There are development opportunities in store for Bud as well. Our Prestige NY travel program gives associates access to national conferences and weekend retreats where we listen to some of the biggest names in our industry share their expertise. These, combined with workshops and cross-training, create well-rounded professionals who are fully prepared to achieve their career goals.
