If there’s one thing we’ve learned from our Prestige NY success, it’s that being grateful for the good things in our lives is essential. The more we focus on the positives, the more big wins we’re able to deliver. This time of year is when everyone should take stock of all the things they’re grateful for, so we thought it would be a good idea to highlight the ways we stay thankful around our workspace.
Simply being more mindful is one thing we do to keep gratitude front and center in our Prestige NY office. For us, this means daily meditation sessions. Taking 10 minutes to focus on deep breaths and positive thoughts allows us to stay motivated. No matter how busy we are, we always find time to highlight the good things in our personal and professional lives.
We’ve also found that writing down the things we’re grateful for has an amazing effect on our mind-sets. Gratitude journals are simple reminders of how lucky we are. It only takes about five minutes each night to jot down a few uplifting moments or achievements. When we do this, we set ourselves up for better tomorrows as well.
